Lead Booking Specialist Sales & Customer Engagement Location: Stoke-on-Trent - On-Site Working Hours: 5 days per week, including one weekend day and some evenings for flexible scheduling.

The Role: As a Lead Booking Specialist, youll be the first point of contact for customers who have expressed interest in our services.
Your primary responsibility will be engaging with warm leads, explaining our product offering, and scheduling design consultations for our sales experts.
Youll ensure a seamless and positive customer journey from initial enquiry to consultation.
Key Responsibilities: Engaging with incoming warm leads submitted via our website.
Explaining our products and services confidently to prospective customers.
Scheduling design consultations based on customer preferences and availability.
Using CRM tools to maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and follow-ups.
Collaborating with the sales and design teams for smooth handovers.
Consistently meeting or exceeding booking targets to earn commission.
About You: Excellent communication skills with a confident, friendly telephone manner.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
Self-motivated and target-driven, eager to maximise earnings through commission.
Experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with CRM systems or booking tools is a plus.
A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer experiences.
