As a Collections and Delivery Driver for DPD, you will serve as a crucial representative of our organisation, often being the primary point of contact for our customers.
Your role is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence and reliability in parcel delivery services.
Executing timely and accurate collections and deliveries, adhering strictly to scheduled routes and timeframes.
Assisting with the efficient loading of parcels at the depot, ensuring proper handling and organisation of items.
Utilising provided equipment, such as the sack barrow/hand truck, to safely handle heavier items.
Accurately documenting all collections and deliveries, ensuring proper record-keeping.
Continuously striving to improve efficiency and service quality in your daily operations.
This role demands a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in service delivery.
