Job Description If you're an  Treatment Coordinator or Office Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than St Albans Orthodontics.
Part-time hours available, 17 hours per week Typical Shifts: Tuesday & Wednesday 8.00 - 5.30   At this friendly 2-surgery specialist Orthodontic practice, we care for both NHS and private patients.
You'll work alongside an expert clinical team, including Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists in this modern and well-equipped practice.
St Albans Orthodontics is one of circa 70 specialist orthodontic practices within PortmanDentex, making us the  leading orthodontic provider  in the UK.
About you We welcome your application to this vacancy if you have the following skills and experience: Proven administrative experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential) OR Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator  or Patient Care Advisor.
We also welcome your application if you have  sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care What do you get in return?
