This role oversees office operations, ensures smooth service delivery, and drives process improvements to support strategic objectives.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Provide leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality servicesDefine and execute the operational strategy for OES with the Managing DirectorLead changes to enhance efficiency in all operational areasAct as an ambassador for OES, demonstrating the company's core valuesEnsure an appropriate infrastructure is in place for high-quality service deliveryMaintain a visible leadership presence, providing guidance and support to teamsDeputise for the Managing Director as required Service Delivery: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and efficient service deliveryEnsure all operations meet or exceed company standardsDevelop and refine procedures to optimise service qualityMaintain systems for accurate reporting on operational activitiesManage contingency plans for consistent service delivery Governance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with health and safety, HR, and other statutory obligationsManage operational risks and address issues promptly Workforce Management: Oversee operational staff performance, ensuring roles and objectives are clearManage team culture and engagement, promoting a positive work environmentEnsure 1:1s are conducted and used to support staff developmentManage HR activities, including onboarding, performance, and welfare Financial Management: Ensure effective financial management of operations, working with the Head of Finance to develop budgets and monitor expendituresEnsure resources are used efficiently Representing OES: Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholdersRepresent OES in discussions with partners, ensuring activities align with client expectations Special Projects: Lead special projects as directed by the Managing DirectorSupport teams in delivering projects that enhance service delivery About you:Key Attributes: Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approachExcellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholdersCommitment to continuous improvement and high-quality services Why Join Us?
