Job Title: Administrator Contract: Permanent Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Location: Near Bicester Salary: £21,800 per annum Benefits: 23 days annual leave, rising to 28 days with service, plus bank holidays, free parking, pension contributions, life assurance, EAP assistance An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our client, a successful family-run business based in Oxford.
This role is ideal for someone looking to further their administrative career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the Surveyors and Directors, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills and a positive attitude along with a desire to learn and develop within the company.
Duties Include: * Supporting the Commercial team with document management and maintaining established procedures.
* Managing photocopying, printing, and maintaining office printers.
* Handling CAD printing using the office plotter.
* Organising storage rooms, ensuring files and stock are accessible and well-presented.
* Updating the drawing register and notifying relevant departments of new revisions.
* Ordering and maintaining office stationery supplies.
* Assisting the production team and organising team and client events.
* Undertaking ad hoc duties as required by the team or Directors.
Skills and Experience Needed: * GCSE/A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
* Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Ability to multitask and maintain high levels of accuracy.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Strong customer service skills.
* IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel.
* The successful candidate will need to be a driver with access to their own vehicle.
