This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring policies, systems, and strategies that ensure compliance with legal and industry standards while fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities Department Performance Technical Responsibilities Staff Development & People Management Cultural Leadership Environmental Management Health and Safety Oversight Continuous Improvement Key Deliverables Health & Safety: Reduced accident rates, improved compliance, and successful safety audits.
Environmental: Achieve sustainability targets, including waste reduction and energy efficiency.
Team Development: A fully trained and engaged workforce aligned with safety and environmental goals.
