Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Officer
Location: Wrexham
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 Plus Excellent Benefits

We're are pleased to be engaged by a leading waste, recycling and environmental services company to recruit a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Officer. The role, reporting to SHEQ Lead, will support on all health, safety and environment matters for a busy processing facility in the Wrexham area.
The organisation has an excellent reputation in the industry, with a long history of successful operation across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities of the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Officer will include:
Promoting a positive health and safety culture across the site, supporting staff at all levels with practical advice
Helping to manage and deliver on the Health, Safety & Environment plan and objectives for the site
Supporting with the induction and training across the site, liaising with external contractors as required
Updating and review the management systems in line with company best practiceThe successful Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor will have:
Some experience in a Health, Safety and Environment role, ideally from within a manufacturing, waste or industrial environment
Preferably NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) or working towards
A good technical knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental legislationThis is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your career further within an organisation with an enviable reputation in their field.
