We are a rapidly growing company in the non-surgical hair loss market, and we are looking for a dedicated and creative Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Coordinator to manage and optimise our online presence.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to grow and develop alongside the business, becoming a fundamental part of our success story.
This role will be responsible for maintaining our product listings on our website, Amazon store, and eBay store, as well as managing social media channels and creating engaging content.
Initially, the role will be office-based for several weeks to provide comprehensive training and ensure familiarity with the business, software, and expectations.
After this, we may consider a hybrid working arrangement that balances office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Management Maintain and optimise product listings on our website, Amazon store, and eBay store, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Regularly update product information, pricing, images, and descriptions to align with promotions and market trends.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to ensure accurate product availability online.
Analyse e-commerce platform performance and implement strategies to improve visibility and sales.
Social Media Management Manage and grow the companys presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
), engaging with our audience to build community and loyalty.
Develop and execute a content calendar, ensuring regular and relevant posts that align with the companys brand and goals.
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Track social media performance metrics and recommend improvements to drive engagement and reach.
Content Creation Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media, the website, and other digital platforms.
Develop product-focused content such as how-to guides, videos, and promotional materials that resonate with our audience.
Collaborate with the team to align content with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Stay up to date with digital trends to introduce fresh and innovative ideas to the company.
Collaboration and Growth Work closely with the Business Growth Manager and other team members to align e-commerce and digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Contribute ideas for improving our online presence and customer engagement, helping to drive the companys rapid growth.
Take on additional responsibilities and training as the business expands, positioning yourself as a key member of the team.
Qualifications and Experience: Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar).
Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with an eye for detail and branding.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar (preferred but not essential).
Familiarity with performance metrics and analytics tools for social media and e-commerce platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks.
