Support Worker Team Leader

Job summary Arrow Support, part of the Sonderwell Group, is seeking a Team Leader to lead and support a team of care workers in Plymouth.
You will oversee services for adults with various needs, including learning and physical disabilities, mental health issues, and acquired brain injuries.
You'll work both in the field and office, supporting service users to live independently while also managing daily operations.
Main duties of the job As a Support Worker Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers, delivering hands-on care, coordinating rotas, maintaining records, supporting individuals with household tasks, social activities, and behaviour development, as well as supervising and ensuring compliance with care standards.
You will need previous care and support experience, preferably with team leadership experience, a full UK/EU driving license, and a passion for supporting vulnerable adults.

Job description Job responsibilities Salary: £24,000 per annum + £20 per night on-call incentive Hours: Full-time (15 hours office-based, hours field-based) Days of Work: Monday – Sunday Arrow Support, part of the Sonderwell Group, is seeking a Team Leader to lead and support a team of care workers in Plymouth.
