**Days/Hours**:37.5 Hours per week, Monday - Sunday

**Location**: Plymouth

**Salary**: £10.92 per hour

**Employment type**:Permanent/Full-Time

Yourway supports people in the community to preserve their independence, the company offer personal care by helping to support and look after people in their own homes from housekeeping to personal care at home and accompanying individuals to access the community.

**About you**

**Main Duties**:

- Day-to-day line management of all staff on services overseen by yourself
- Complete PCP's
- Ensure Staff Rotas filled
- Complete Staff Inductions
- First point of contact for the Team
- Work as Support Worker
- Risk Assessments
- Entering shifts on CARAS
- Staff Supervisions
- Organising and chairing Team Meetings
- Medication in stock
- On Call for Company as required
- Hold/willing to work towards Level 3 in HSC
- Stake Holder liaison and visits
- Attend Forums
- Liaison with Lead Professionals

**Important attributes**:

- Understanding of running a team / rotas / following company policy and procedures / supervision / coaching and mentoring of the team
- Able to work on a complex health (both mental and physical) service and understand clients needs.
- Good medication understanding
- Able to use a computer and update Log my Care
- Able to communicate effectively
- Ensure service continuity
- Liaise with healthcare professionals
- Must have a full UK Driving Licence
