Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Cost Accountant for a growing organisation in Ebbw Vale, near Merthyr Tydfil.
The Cost Accountant will have full ownership of product costing for the organisation.
Acting as a trusted partner to key stakeholders in the Operations and R&D functions Compilation and reporting of relevant Operational KPI's Reconciliation of stock Preparation of manufacturing variance reports and analysis of key drivers, articulation of insights to key stakeholders Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis of variances to budget/forecast Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month end close process Finance lead on biannual stock checks Cost centre accounting - monthly reporting and analysis of variances to budget/forecast Supporting forecast/budget processes Preparation of supporting materials for statutory audit and tax computations, including Patent Box claims and R&D tax relief Supporting PMO function with project accounting services for Operations and R&D business cases On offer: A salary of to £50,00 plus benefits package.
