Position : Bar Manager Employer : Fine Dining Restaurant Location: Grantham, England Gross OTE Salary package: circa £30,000 ( + share of serv.
chge + targeted bonus) Weekly working hours / days 48 hours / 5 days Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) incentives, employers workplace pension, employee care and well being initiatives + more Your role covers a range of duties, including administrative, leadership and practical tasks.
Main function is to ensure optimal and efficient management of running of the restaurant bar, and delivering polished customer experience that befits a prestige upscale restaurant bar.
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: - Eligibility to live and work in UK Advanced knowledge of mixology techniques, ingredients, flavour profiles and cocktail techniques Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 5 years of prior experience in escalating job roles Industrial training in a world-renowned culinary/hospitality institute such as Taj, Oberoi, ITC or similar Personal alcohol licence Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour In addition youshould also have the following attributes :- Performance, achievement and results driven Have an eye for detail Possess a sparkling, empathic and pleasing personality Able to work well with others A hardworking, fastidious and conscientious individual Comfortable with hospitality and sales technology platforms.
