Dealingwithtelephonequeries,checkingandupdatingpatientinformationwithclinical staff, managers and patients Seejobdescriptionforfulldetails Person Specification QUALIFICATIONS Essential oGood standard level of education (2 GSCE's or equivalent).
oNVQ level 2 in Customer Service or equivalent (desirable).
EXPERIENCE Essential oDealing with patients/public face to face or working in a customer focused environment.
oUsing Patient Administration System (desirable) to input and update personal data oWorking as part of a team in a busy environment oGood knowledge of Information governance and confidentiality oCustomer services experience oPrevious patient /public facing receptionist experience ( Desirable ) SKILLS Essential oNumeracy skills and attention to detail.
oExcellent keyboard, IT and administrative skills.
oGood customer care and verbal communication skills oEquivalent level of knowledge gained through experience PAS systems
