Career progression within the company and the skies the limit ARLA qualification help and support What you will be doing As a Lettings Coordinator, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment You'll play a crucial role in the running of the lettings department and making sure the property portfolio is kept up to date Overseeing incoming property maintenance issues / enquires Arranging and conducting property inspections Liaising with landlords and tenants Overseeing all compliance and legal regulatory requirements Managing lettings administration and enquiries Registering and qualifying applicants Booking in viewings and other appointments Assisting with the applicant referencing process What you will have Experience in property lettings is essential in this role Knowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle Currently studying ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
