They offer fresh British produce with a modern approach and are now recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join their team at their site near Addlestone, Surrey.
The Chef de Partie is a key person who works alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef and is responsible for ensuring that standards are maintained for the kitchen.
It is a vital part of the position to keep food to the best standard possible whilst meeting all Food Safety standards.

- To understand and comply with food hygiene regulations.
- To ensure that junior chefs and trainees receive the right training and optimum guidance for their development and roles - To maintain consistent quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the food presented You will report to the Head and Sous Chef and will work closely together to ensure the kitchen team are thriving and the menu offered reflects the demand and style of the guests.
Experience required: - Have previous experience in a fresh food food restaurant, being creative and led by the produce to create a fresh food menu.
- Are passionate and enthusiastic about the industry and driven to progress - Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie working with fresh food and ingredients - Have great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team As an independent, yet ambitious, company they are always looking to reward hard work and determination.
