What Youll Do Prepare Winning Quotations : Assist in creating accurate and competitive estimates, leveraging your knowledge of electronic components .
Stay Organized : Manage customer databases and ensure detailed records of electronic component specifications and requirements.
Be the Link : Facilitate smooth communication between the estimating team, internal departments, and customers.
Answer the Call : Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and technical insight, delivering timely solutions.
Support the Team : Provide crucial administrative and technical support to the sales team, helping drive results.
Track Success : Keep projects on schedule by monitoring timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
What You Bring Experience : Previous experience in administrative or sales support , preferably in electronic manufacturing .
Technical Knowledge : A solid understanding of electronic components and their role in manufacturing processes.
Organizational Skills : The ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping details in check.
