Our Wrexham Plant is offering a fully funded, 5-year Engineering Apprenticeship program.
This includes degree-level qualifications and the chance for a 1-year post-apprenticeship experience.
As an apprentice, youll get hands-on training, combine practical work with classroom learning, and work with an experienced team while contributing to our day-to-day operations.This apprenticeship is the perfect starting point to become a skilled engineer and industry expert.
Youll gain experience in key areas of a global business known for creating foods and brands that people love, supported every step of the way to succeed in your career.A Taste of What Youll Be DoingPerform Maintenance and Fix Equipment- Work with a skilled team to carry out regular equipment checks, fix problems when things go wrong, and keep everything running smoothly.Solve Problems and Improve Machines - Youll learn how to find and fix issues with machinery and make improvements to help them work better.Work with Advanced Technology- Get hands-on experience with systems that control our production lines, helping everything run efficiently.Learn Through Practical Training- Build your skills with a mix of classroom learning and hands-on work, from fixing machines to learning advanced techniques.Grow with Guidance from Experts - Youll work alongside experienced engineers who will teach you and support your growth in an exciting, fast-paced environment.Were Looking for Someone With4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/Level 4 or above, including Maths, English, Science, and one other subject (achieved or expected).A passion for engineering, manufacturing, and understanding how things work.Analytical thinking skills and the ability to plan, prioritise, and complete tasks on time.A strong work ethic, motivation to succeed, and determination to learn.Confident communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.Whats NextAfter you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back to you by email or phone.
