Robert Half is exclusively engaged with a large privately owned business as they look to find a new FP&A Analyst to join their team for an 18-month contract.
The role will report to an established FP&A Director and will look to provide support to both the finance function and wider operational business.
Key responsibilities: Assist with the monthly management reporting cycle.
Contribute to the forecast and budgeting process.
Help drive modernisation across the finance function and help create a standardised approach to financial reporting.
Develop group reporting processes, accounting policies and procedures, and fully document.
Ensure that all financial policies and procedures are consistent and aligned to both local and group statutory reporting requirements.
Support the wider accounting function, backfill any requirements regarding holidays, sick, travel, etc.
Skills and Qualifications: Qualified / part qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant with intent to continue and complete study.
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal A strong level of ability with Microsoft 365, ERP and CPM tools.
Methodical and accurate approach to work Ability to work in a team; and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines Salary and Benefits: The role of FP&A Analyst is offered with a salary of up to £55,000 plus benefits and is offered with Hybrid working.
(3 office days, 2 from home).
