Job Description: Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

Huntress is a leading organisation based in Maidstone, seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will support the preparation and reconciliation of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with our corporate business plan.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce accurate monthly budget reports, forecasts, and variance analyses. They will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to conduct regular meetings with budget managers and provide financial advice on policies, planning, and controls.

The salary for this role is estimated at £38,500 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and reconciliation of annual budgets.
  • Produce accurate monthly budget reports and forecasts.
  • Conduct regular meetings with budget managers.
  • Provide financial advice on policies and controls.
  • Assist with accurate invoicing.
  • Manage and develop junior staff.
  • Implement and advise on financial policies.
  • Support internal and external audits.
