We are looking for a Support Workers to join our team in Oban Scotland.
This rewarding role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives by assisting them with daily tasks, promoting independence, and encouraging engagement with the community.Key Responsibilities of the Support Workers role Provide person-centred support to individuals in their homes and community.Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks as needed.Encourage and facilitate social interaction, hobbies, and community participation.Support individuals to achieve personal goals and maintain a high quality of life.Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with the care team.
Requirements for the Support Workers role Must be a car driver with access to a reliable vehicle.Prior experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential as full training is given.Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.Good communication skills and a positive, encouraging attitude.
