We are looking for flexible and open-minded people to join our team. If you are energetic and love trying new activities and are passionate about helping people to access their community, then we want to hear from you.
You could be empowering people to maintain or learn new skills needed to live their best life
For this role we need you to be a driver with access to your own vehicle, so you can get around Oban area and make the most of the time you are spending with the people you support.
You should be available to work a variety shifts across the week and alternate weekends, including sleep-in shifts as needed.
So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.

**What will you do?**
Supporting people is really important but it’s not all day trips out. We also support people to take their medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices or maintain their home in a way they are safe and well.
