Position description The Business Operations Analyst will support the daily functions of the Business Operations team, focusing on process optimisation, data analysis, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the Business Operations team to review business processes and company policies to generate improvements throughout TECOSIM UK Support various data entry tasks as required Writing and sharing internal announcements with the TECOSIM Team Support with procurement and travel booking when required Provide administrative support to the company compliance team including: Document management administration, Document reviews, and Health and Safety Administration.
IT administration tasks including: Creating IT accounts, IT asset and cost tracking, Generating monthly reports to send to Management, Ensuring the mobile device system is up to date.
Prepare reports and presentations to support operational decision-making and business development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and record maintenance.
Skills required Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A lateral thinker who sees a problem as a challenge with good attention to detail Strong decision-making skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at all levels within our organisation Education/Experience required Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
Ideal candidate may be studying for a masters in business administration (MBA) Experience: Previous internship or project experience in business operations, compliance, data security, process improvement, or data analysis is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in an office environment, ideally within a business function such as HR, marketing, etc.
