An exciting opportunity has arisen at Vauxhall Motors Manufacturing Plant (Stellantis) in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.
Located just off junction 6/7 of the M53, Vauxhall Motors is a well-established car manufacturer in the area.
We are currently looking to recruit Multi Skilled Maintenance to work at the Ellesmere Port Manufacturing Site.
We have both permanent roles and a minimum of 9 months fixed term contracts available.
The role will be on a 3 shift rotational pattern, 37.5 hrs per week with the opportunity for overtime.
The main responsibilities and role requirements are as follows: Reactive maintenance to resolve breakdowns.
Performing planned maintenance tasks.
Support the production teams during production runs.
Systematic problem solving for repetitive issues/faults.
CIP – apply continuous improvement process.
Candidates must have the following: Time Served Apprenticeship – Multiskilled (Electrical and Mechanical) – Minimum Qualification ONC/HNC Desirable Experience: Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC and devices advantageous Fanuc Robot, Programming & set-up advantageous Understanding of Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits advantageous Sound interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
