Youlltake responsibility for ensuring our team of drivers areperforming their role to the highest possiblestandards.As Distribution ShiftManager on a day to day basis youll be involved in awide variety of tasks from ensuring our drivers are adhering to alllegislative requirements, company policies and ways of working toidentifying & embedding new initiatives to improve thedistribution operation.
As a strong people leader,youll use your transport operational knowledge and experienceto support the Distribution Manager in building a high performingteam of drivers and administration colleagues.
