Were a key partner to a number of infrastructure projects such as freeport building to HS2 to motorway or rail bridge-spans to culverts to green-energy anything complex, with sophisticated engineering and high value integrated time-critical projects.
Weve done all this without a dedicated National Sales Manager.
Following investment in people and plant weve gone from being capable and under-performing to a business that last month won our biggest order ever in Green-Energy (our most significant target market and sales focus).Weve sorted the operation, weve sorted quality, weve sorted delivery, weve the marketing strategy we now need to sort the Sales function and recruit a Sales Manager who understand the pre-cast concrete market or adjacent civil engineering related products such as steel structures, ready-mix etc.Really someone who understands civil construction commercial processes and wants to drive a reawakened, revitalised operation that has short-direct management structures youll see the MD everyday (hes a nice guy)
and have your questions answered and you sales and business development plans and activity driven and fully supported.
Weve gone from being an operation that took orders and now want to be one that uses what we have and now actively hunts for the complex projects as we are virtually alone in our high-value highly-sophisticated niche and can target & deliver to the right people through our clear Sales and Marketing strategy and support that too.
If you are the kind of person who can put their shoulder to the wheel and reawaken our dormant customer base, see new customers and kick that metaphorical door down then we want to talk with you.
Youll be a hungry, and proven Sales representative, understand the market and the customers, know how long it can take to land projects like these and how much more than just a signature at the bottom of a contract it is.
Youll have an eye for detail with the ability to listen and really hear what the customer is saying, not selling what you want to sell
So commercial empathy is critical.
