The Role
Lead the nursing team and be responsible for delivering individual care plans. Deputise for the management team and work with local GPs and other healthcare professionals. Lead, support and inspire your team members, making sure your residents get the very best one-to-one care. Its a highly collaborative setting, where everyone pulls together. Have good knowledge of care planning and clinical compliance.

An NMC Registered Nurse Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans Have held a clinical leadership role and can demonstrate managing others Youre a senior nurse with a passion for caring for older people. You want to spend more time doing what you do best nursing, providing care and helping vulnerable people lead happier, healthier lives.

Where you'll work
When a new resident joins us at Perry Manor care home our team gets to know their unique needs, preferences and personality before creating a tailored care plan for them. In fact, everything we do at Perry Manor from the food our chef-led catering teams serve up, to the activities we organise - is tailored to residents individual preferences.
Our stunning facilities ensure that residents enjoy a five star experience, whether theyre watching their favourite films in the cinema, catching up with friends in the coffee shop, or having a pamper session with the hairdresser.
