Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as Clinical Lead and take on a new challenge. As Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team and ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nursing team and implement individual care plans
  • Deputise for the management team and work closely with local GPs and other healthcare professionals
  • Create comprehensive care plans and ensure their effective implementation
  • Lead, support and inspire team members to deliver exceptional care
