The flexibility in scheduling allows general nurses to balance their professional responsibilities with personal commitments, ensuring they can deliver compassionate and effective care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.What you can add:Lead the clinical management of a designated group of service users.Allocate work to junior colleagues, reviewing progress and agreed outcomes.Co-ordinate and monitor the delivery of person-centred healthcare to a designated group of service users, using complex clinical decision making where appropriate.Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team in assessing and planning care and responding to changes in service users health.The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.What youll need: qualification/experience:A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner working in the community for a UK hospital within the last 3 years.Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines.Undertake regular mandatory training*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
