Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) Position Available at Carleton ClinicCarleton Clinic, a leading provider of mental health services, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Band-5 Registered Mental Nurse (Band 5 RMN) to join our dedicated team. The Role:The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Specific responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough assessments of patient needs and developing individualized care plans.Administering medication and monitoring patient responses.Providing therapeutic support, including individual and group therapy sessions.Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to all relevant clinical guidelines and protocols.Participating in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.Essential Qualifications: Valid NMC PinA minimum of 6 months of experience working in a mental health setting.Proven ability to effectively manage complex patient needs and provide person-centered care.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and therapeutic communication.Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Pay Rates: Day (£26.00) Night/Sat (£32.51) Sun/Bank Hol (£40.89)
