The role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to focus on ensuring successful and timely execution within the (re)insurance placement process.
Working closely with brokers, analytics teams, wordings specialists, and client advocates, the Project Manager will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks and managing cross-functional collaboration.
This role is ideal for a proactive and client-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes.
The successful candidate will not only drive efficiency but also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client solutions and success strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of (re)insurance placements, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams including brokers, analytics, wordings, and client advocates.
Bottleneck Identification & Resolution: Quickly identify process bottlenecks or delays and implement immediate corrective actions.
Escalate critical issues to leadership for additional support or resources as required.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Review and analyze project statistics, identifying recurring issues and areas for improvement.
Provide insights to leadership on process inefficiencies and recommend solutions such as automation, additional staffing, or process refinement.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, progress, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans and provide regular updates to senior management.
Process Improvement: Lead efforts to streamline the placement process, leveraging data to pinpoint areas for automation or enhanced care.
Collaborate with the leadership team to implement long-term improvements in workflows and resource allocation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Reduction in execution times for placements.
Decrease in the frequency and impact of recurring issues.
Improved client satisfaction scores.
Effective resolution of bottlenecks within defined timelines.
Increased efficiency through automation and resource optimization.
Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably within the (re)insurance or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of (re)insurance placement processes, including broking, analytics, and client advocacy.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with automation tools and technologies is a plus.
