You'll lead the commercial contract and pricing team focused on the strategic development of the commercial division, responsible for internal processes, contract management, and pricing. We're looking for a solution-oriented individual with strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Ownership of the commercial contract, process, and pricing strategy. Leading a diverse and passionate team.A high profile role where you will work closely with both business development and operation/execution teams to deliver commercial framework and solutions for customersWorking in tandem with European counterparts to review best practices and share ways of workingContinuous focus on reviewing processes, systems, and opportunities identifying gaps for improvementCritical stakeholder in new product launches, responsible for pricing and profitability analysis for these.Ideally we are looking for someone who; Strong influencing and negotiating skills able to navigate complex stakeholder relationshipsExcellent Commercial framework experience with deep knowledge of contract management and pricingA strong people leader, leading through coaching and mentorship with a growth mindsetTrack record in developing systems and processesBackground in a heavily operational environment i.e. 3PL or retail would be beneficial but not necessary.Don't meet every single requirement?
