They are a well established and financially secure, and are now investing heavily into expanding their commercial team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to step into a high-impact, high-growth role within the tech industry.Role Overview:As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key part in generating high quality opportunities for the senior sales team. You’ll focus on targeted outreach, warm conversations, and strategic lead generation, opening doors with CIOs, CTOs, and technical leaders across the enterprise space. This role is all about quality over quantity. You’ll be supported by a strong marketing function, warm leads, industry events, and a well known brand with a solid reputation.Responsibilities:Conduct warm and strategic outreach to enterprise prospectsBuild and qualify a high-quality pipeline for Senior BDMsResearch potential clients and understand their software and technology challengesBook meaningful meetings with senior decision-makersWork closely with marketing, sales leaders, and technical teamsAttend industry events and support wider business development activityWhy This Is a Great OpportunityWarm leads, not a cold calling grind, you’ll have inbound interest, events, and marketing-generated activity to work fromNot KPI heavy, the focus is on quality conversations, not hitting arbitrary call numbersReal progression, the business is scaling its sales function, creating clear paths into senior rolesHigh-value market, speak directly with enterprise level clients with complex, exciting software needsFinancially stable, long-term security combined with modern growthSupportive leadership, direct access to CRO, Head of BD, CTO, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teamsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication skills with confidence speaking to senior stakeholdersResilient, proactive, and curious about technologySomeone who enjoys building relationships and uncovering challengesAmbitious, coachable, and excited about developing into a Senior BDM roleRole details:Contract: PermanentSalary: £40,000 + great commission structureWork arrangement: Hybrid (1 day on-site per week)If this sounds like you, apply below, we’d love to speak with you.
