We are expanding and looking for reliable part time team members to support our growth across outreach, client success and internal operations.Role DescriptionYou will help us reach out to local businesses and introduce them to Mavera AI. Your job is to get sign ups, book discovery calls and support interested owners. Outreach can be done by phone, social media messages, cold emails or quick walk ins. You choose what suits you best.You will receive clear instructions for every shift. The role is flexible, easy to follow and perfect for anyone who wants to earn well while building sales experience.Earnings and CommissionYou earn £18 per hour for every outreach shift.On top of this, you receive uncapped commission for each sale you convert.To give a simple picture, if you work 30 hours per week you earn £540 in hourly pay alone. With commissions added, strong performers can comfortably push weekly earnings into four figures. Instead, we look for:Good communication and strong written and spoken EnglishAttention to detailAbility to follow instructions and complete simple digital tasksConfidence using basic online tools (email, spreadsheets, messages)Reliability and willingness to learnA positive attitude and willingness to help the teamComfortable speaking with businesses when neededAbility to manage your time and meet small deadlinesIf you have experience in admin, customer service, sales, marketing or student leadership, this can help, but it is not required.How to join:Watch the 20 minute training lessonsPass the quizStart requesting paid shifts immediatelyEven if you do not pass the quiz, there are still ways to prove your ability through real tasks, earn, and progress.
