Company Description Mavera AI is a fast growing UK technology company that helps businesses automate bookings, reminders, lead management and customer communication through advanced AI voice and chat systems. We work with professionals, restaurants, barbershops, salons, tutors, tradespeople and many other small businesses who want simple automation tools that save time and increase revenue.
Our team is building accessible AI that supports real people, especially small business owners who want modern tools without complexity. We are expanding and looking for reliable part time team members to support our growth across outreach, client success and internal operations.
You will help us reach out to local businesses and introduce them to Mavera AI. Outreach can be done by phone, social media messages, cold emails or quick walk ins. You will receive clear instructions for every shift. The role is flexible, easy to follow and perfect for anyone who wants to earn well while building sales experience.
You earn £18 per hour for every outreach shift.
On top of this, you receive uncapped commission for each sale you convert.
To give a simple picture, if you work 30 hours per week you earn £540 in hourly pay alone. Perks and Community Experience

Mavericks also take part in seasonal challenges and community activities, including the popular Twelve Pubs of Christmas challenge.
Outstanding performers can be featured across Mavera AI’s community channels and may receive invitations to exclusive events. Mavericks of the Week are celebrated through platforms such as Diary of a Maverick, House of Mavericks, and The Mavericks Network.
We do not require a CV, previous work experience or formal qualifications. Good communication and strong written and spoken English
Ability to follow instructions and complete simple digital tasks
Confidence using basic online tools (email, spreadsheets, messages)
A positive attitude and willingness to help the team
If you have experience in admin, customer service, sales, marketing or student leadership, this can help, but it is not required.
