At times of crisis and need we offer them vital advice, assistance and funding.This is part time role where we can offer weekly hours between 25-30 with shifts between Monday to Friday 9am-5pm to suit your lifestyle. Salary between £20,835 - £25,002 per annum depending on weekly hours worked.We are looking for an Independent Living Advisor (Northern Ireland) to provide specialist, person centred and holistic advice, guidance, advocacy, and support to people living with a long-term illness or disability or caring for someone with these conditions.As an Independent Living Advisor, you will empower individuals facing challenges with daily living, mobility, or self-care, as well as their carers, by providing tailored advice and support. You’ll conduct holistic assessments, working with health and social care professionals, to guide individuals on accessing support services, funding, and resources.You’ll manage a varied caseload, addressing care needs, grants, adaptations, and funding options, delivering advice through phone, email, meetings, and home visits.
