Totum is working with a leading London law firm recognised for its private client, family, and litigation work. This top-tier firm is recruiting for a Legal Cashier to join its Finance team. The role follows a hybrid working pattern, with an even split between office and home (50/50). You’ll be part of a team of three cashiers and will report to the Head Cashier. This position is ideal for an experienced Legal Cashier looking to join a highly regarded firm and a supportive team.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing client and office receipts and paymentsProcessing invoices, disbursements, and expensesHandling daily banking and reconciliationsPreparing payment runs and managing residual balancesProviding admin support and keeping accurate financial recordsThe ideal candidate will have:Strong communication and organisation skillsConfident with Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent attention to detailProactive, helpful and team-focusedEqual OpportunitiesAs a responsible business, it is important that we represent the diversity of our people, our clients and our communities.
