Our client is a West End is multi-disciplined law firm offering clients advice and representation across a broad range of legal service areas.

They have an excellent reputation for work in the media sector, employment, crime, property, and commercial and corporate law. They were one of the first firms to establish a dedicated pro bono team focusing on human rights issues.

They are now looking for a Legal Cashier on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities**
- Office account bank reconciliation
- Processing all daily office account transactions for receipts and payments
- Counsel fee report and payments
- Direct Debits
- Disbursements transfers
- Billing (and all that entails)
- Setting up, amending/recalculating charge bands
- Assisting and covering for other cashiers when required with client account payments, bank recs, TT’s etc.
- Responding to queries from outside the department as and when required
- Ad hoc project work, as required
- Minimum of three years’ legal cashiering experience, ideally a member of ILCFM and must have good knowledge of the SAR’s and VAT regulations.
- Strong analytical and data reporting skills; excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to interact, professionally and with confidence, with all levels of the firm.
