As Campaign Planner, you are a heartbeat of in-market delivery, ensuring campaigns are coordinated with precision and clarity to translate marketing strategies into real-world impact. What you'll be doing...Support the delivery of integrated game campaigns for Fixed Prize Games (Set for Life, Thunderball and seasonal cross -portfolio initiatives) every yearDevelop optimum end-to-end campaign project plans:  Aligning all stakeholders along the way to key timings and outputs  Identifying and planning around inter-dependencies  Troubleshooting and replanning  Proactively identify and flag execution risks and work cross-functionally to resolve them. Delivering campaigns to market on-time and to budget through careful stakeholder management  Effectively facilitate the delivery of the key outputs during the campaign development process, including campaign strategy, creative platform, channel activation plans, creative requirements and creative toolkits  Managing final sign-off of internal creative hub output (production and digital files) in accordance with the campaign development process  Managing internal and external stakeholders (clients, agencies and suppliers)  Champion process improvements, capturing and applying lessons learnt to future campaigns  Lead post-activation reviews, tracking execution quality, timing, and visibility. Capture feedback from agencies, retailers, and internal teams — identifying lessons and opportunities for improvement. Drive continuous improvement by refining planning processes and raising executional standards. We are Allwyn UK, part of the Allwyn Entertainment Group - a multi-national lottery operator with a market-leading presence across Europe which includes: Czech Republic, Austria, Greece, Cyprus & Italy. Has a good understanding of the cross-functional process between clients and agencies to develop campaign strategies and creative output.  Creative experience - working collaboratively with creative agencies and briefing internal creative studios. Proven conceptual knowledge of a breadth of creative disciplines including design, content development and front-end development across print, retail, online and digital to manage complex deliveries and/or identify and implement alternative delivery solutionsBudget Management/Commercial Astuteness - previous experience in managing budgets and understanding the importance of commercial delivery.  Evaluation - can draw clear conclusions from multiple sources of information.  Takes Charge, Makes things Happen & Delivers Great Outcomes - positive, can-do attitude.
