Today we still invest heavily in innovation to ensure that we continue to deliver superior customer experiences.Key clients include Mastercard, American Express, Cathay Pacific, British Airways, LATAM, Flying Blue, Accor, EasyJet, HSBC, Chase, HDFC.Partnership Executive – EuropeAs the Partnership Executive – Europe you will support the Senior Partnership Manager to manage regional partners, grow and improve the lounge network, and provide administrative assistance with our core systems.The role requires strong organisational and administrative skills, the ability to prioritise workloads, and to act at pace. The focus will be on relationship management, contractual administration, Salesforce management, and a variety of other ad hoc requests.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Management – Source, recruit and onboard new regional partners for lounges, EAT outlets, and Pre-book and Fast Track locations, and account manage existing ones, using Salesforce for end-to-end CRM management.Contract Management – Ensure preferential contractual terms are in place, manage commercial negotiations following the Collinson Delegation of Authority, and utilise the contract management system (CLM).Content Management Support – Manage partners to ensure the integrity and accuracy of partnership content available to the Content Management and Marketing teams.Support Analysis and Reporting – Collate and support the delivery of regular management information reports. Regularly research the market, conduct competitor analysis, and share key insights with the wider team.Administration – Support the Senior Partnerships Manager – Europe with general administrative tasks.Knowledge, Skills and Experience RequiredExperience in client-facing, account management, or partnerships rolesProficient in Salesforce, Excel, and WordStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to build effective relationships across teams and seniority levelsCreative thinker with a proactive approachExperience with Tableau and fluency in a European language are desirableInterest in market trends and the travel industryWillingness to travel within Europe; regional knowledge desirablePerson SpecificationThe successful candidate will be proactive and diligent, with a positive, collaborative attitude. They will be a natural self-starter with ambition, enthusiasm, and a strong team mindset. The ability to switch between tasks and maintain focus in a dynamic environment is essential.Apply now
