This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts via Deel’s White Label suite of products. Working alongside other sales and supporting team members, marketing professionals, enablement and customer success teams, this role is essential for driving significant revenue for our clients.ResponsibilitiesOwn a targeted account list and develop account plans for winning business with companies between 2,000+ employeesMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, biannually and yearly revenue targetsContinually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development rep, managing inbound prospects and working in collaboration with the partnership teamNavigate an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in and close deals with C-Level decision makersThe instincts to recognize organizational financial and behavioral structures and obstaclesKeep Salesforce up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales processQualifications5+ years selling in the Enterprise segmentA track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role and expanding existing footprint within strategic clientsDemonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executivesHunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learningDesire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibilityMust be fluent in EnglishTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
