The vacancyWe are looking for two highly organised and detail-oriented individuals to join our Curriculum Support team as Curriculum Support Administrators. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our curriculum areas and delivering a professional, customer-focused service to students and staff.About The RoleAs a Curriculum Support Administrator, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate student records, supporting admissions and timetabling, and assisting with exams and assessments. You will work closely with curriculum teams to deliver efficient processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Essential CriteriaLevel 2 qualification or higher in a relevant discipline or equivalent experienceGCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or aboveExperience in an administrative or data-related roleProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)Excellent organisational and communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support across curriculum areas, including admissions, timetabling, and student supportMaintain accurate student records and ensure data qualityAssist with exams and assessments, including booking and invigilationProcess DBS checks, purchase orders, and meeting minutesSupport internal and external audits and contribute to process improvementsWhy Join Us?Competitive salary30 Bookable annual leave days, bank holidays, and 2 weeks off at Christmas.
