Continued expansion across multiple regions has created the need for strengthened financial leadership within the business.About the RoleAn experienced Financial Controller / Finance Manager is required to manage day-to-day finance operations and support strategic decision-making across the company’s UK and US divisions. This is a hands-on, full-time position combining transactional finance oversight, management reporting, and process improvement. Working closely with colleagues across Finance and Operations, you will enhance financial controls, improve reporting accuracy, and contribute to scalable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, and Direct Debit processesManage the setup and review of new credit accounts and customer statementsComplete account reconciliations and VAT submissionsPrepare monthly management accounts for multi-entity operationsConduct P&L reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash-flow managementOversee Accounts Payable and monthly invoice-factor reportingLead month-end close and internal reporting cyclesDeliver customer, sales-channel, and commercial analysisSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningProvide guidance and training to finance support staffReview and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controlsSkills & Experience RequiredStrong technical understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsFully qualified accountant (e.g. ICAS, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS OfficeExperience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred)Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant disciplineWorking HoursMonday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pmFriday: 9:00am – 3:30pmLocation Fife Salary £50,000 - £60,000
