Based in Peterborough and London, we serve clients across the UK, delivering tailored ambulance, Minibus and WAV conversions and specialist vehicle solutions.🔹 Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our accessible vehicles division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and representing the company at industry events. This role requires a proactive approach, strong negotiation skills, and a understanding of the accessible transport vehicles sector.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targetsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closureConduct regular customer site visits across the UK to build rapport and assess client needsAttend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as a brand ambassadorDeliver compelling presentations and product demonstrationsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progressProvide market feedback and contribute to product development discussionsReporting to National Head of Sales🔹 Travel RequirementsFrequent travel to customer sites nationwideOvernight stays required depending on location and client schedulesAttendance at key trade shows and exhibitions, occasionally over weekends🔹 Candidate ProfileProven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the automotive or accessible vehicles sector.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyConfident negotiator with a consultative sales approachFull UK driving licence (Category C1 would be beneficial)🔹 Perks & BenefitsCompetitive salary of £45,000.00 per annumPerformance-based bonus incentives OTE £60,000 per AnnumAuto-enrolment in company pension scheme20 days annual leave (plus statutory holidays)Company carOpportunities for professional development and career progression
