Define mechanism of action insights and patient selection strategies. Contribute to overall development strategy and trial design. Collaborate with clinical teams to implement biomarker sample collection. Drive analysis and interpretation of clinical biomarker data. Essential Knowledge & ExperienceExtensive experience in drug discovery and development. Strong background in cancer biology and oncology drug development. Proven record of leading teams in a matrix environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and drive innovation. EducationAdvanced science degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) or equivalent. Additional InformationType of role full-time permanent. Location UK office (Addlestone). This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
