As Global Translational Medicine Lead Oncology, you will play a vital role in advancing healthcare through innovative solutions. Hybrid Working

You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients.
Develop and execute translational science and biomarker development plans in clinic
Contribute to overall clinical development strategy and trial design.
Collaborate with clinical teams to implement biomarker sample collection in clinical studies
Drive analysis and interpretation of clinical biomarker data.
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate preclinical science and deliver clinical biomarker data to impact clinical development
Strong scientific background in cancer biology and oncology drug development.
Experience in delivering pharmacodynamic, proof of mechanism, predictive biomarkers and understanding mechanism of action and resistance in clinic
Proven record of leading projects and delivering biomarker data in a matrix environment.
Experience with ctDNA analysis
Advanced science degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) or equivalent.

Type of role full-time permanent.
This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per quarter in our local office. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
