With our extensive range of products and services, we help all kinds of organisations – from small, local businesses to multi-national corporations – unlocking the potential of new technologies, including 5G, AI and the Internet of Things (IoT).What You’ll DoThe role of the All-IP Product Manager encompasses definition and implementation of channel, segment (including, government and CNI) and use case specific products leveragingVodafone’s broadband, unified communications and Internet of Things portfolios and infrastructure. Reporting into the Senior Portfolio Lead for Fixed Connectivity products you will also act as key interface into the All-IP migration programme tasked with executing on the product lead strategy and product end states. You will lead with sales channels and propositions lead to ensure that Vodafone fully exploits the opportunity for change that Customers have and to ensure that business case benefits are realised. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities and risks whilst also capturing customer and channel requirements plus prioritising these for development or resolution Who You AreAbility to work strategically, yet translate into tangible plans and deliverablesExtensive broadband and traditional PSTN service product knowledge, including understanding of how customers consume and exploit these productsGood understanding of UC and IoT products and how these can be combined to create complete solutions and basis for propositionsExperience with BT / Openreach products and the processes and systems associated with PSTN and new copper and fibre productsGood customer facing and presentation skillsAble to provide guidance and advice on the technology requirements, platforms, infrastructure and any other technical considerationsAble to resolving conflicting requirements / demands and understanding if or when to seek support via escalationsGraduate, with minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
