Whilst you will inherit strong brand equity, a loyal client base, and serious delivery capability your impact will come from shaping the next phase of commercial expansion.From strategic bids and large-scale workplace programmes to furniture, fit-out, and ergonomic solutions, you’ll be working in the commercial division of a company that intends to dominate the next decade of workplace transformation. What We’re Looking ForThis opportunity is designed exclusively for senior commercial leaders already established within the office-furniture, contract-interiors, workplace consultancy, or FF&E ecosystem.You’ll need to bring:A proven track record of being a high-performing sales professional in the office furniture, workplace solutions, dealer networks, or project-led interior fit-out sector.Deep understanding of commercial furniture supply chains, dealer-led sales cycles, manufacturers, frameworks, bid/tenders processes and end-user engagement.Experience winning and delivering large-scale commercial projects (public and/or private sector) and multi-site programmes.Strong sales ability, forecasting discipline, and the ability to influence board-level decision-making.The hunger to take a respected business and push it into its next phase of market dominance.This is an environment for someone who thrives on pace, complexity, and growth, someone who knows the interiors sector inside out and wants a bigger platform.
