Position: Senior Quantity SurveyorSalary: Up to £95,000Location: London - 1 day per week WFHA specialist high-end residential main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor or experienced Project Surveyor to take commercial lead on a major private residence in London. This role is suited to an individual with a proven background delivering luxury refurbishments or super-prime residential schemes.The RoleThe successful candidate will oversee all commercial management on a complex, design-led project, operating with autonomy while working closely with the Commercial Director. This is a key position for someone who enjoys taking ownership, driving financial performance and ensuring excellence across all commercial functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all commercial activities on a high-end residential projectManage cost planning, forecasting, CVRs and detailed financial reportingOversee procurement, tendering and subcontractor managementEnsure full contractual compliance and manage variations and valuationsWork collaboratively with project teams to support successful deliveryContribute to developing commercial processes and mentoring junior staffRequirementsStrong experience as a Senior QS or Project Surveyor within high-end residential refurbishmentProven track record managing prime or super-prime schemesExcellent communication, negotiation and client-facing skillsComprehensive understanding of JCT contractsAbility to operate independently and confidently lead commercial deliveryWhat This Opportunity OffersSalary up to £95,000, dependent on experienceA long-term pipeline of prestigious London residential projectsAutonomy in role with the support of an established commercial leadership teamClear progression opportunities within a growing businessTo express interest or request further details, please apply with an up-to-date CV.
