Supported by our experienced paraplanning management and development team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of client cases of varying complexity, continually developing your skill and expertise.Our paraplanning teams have exceptional technical and industry knowledge with many having secured their Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, with some continuing their studies towards Chartered. Whilst these qualifications are important, the role of a paraplanner requires so much more – the ability to work independently, a keen eye for detail and a real passion to provide the best independent financial research and advice for our clients.WHAT YOU WILL NEEDTechnical knowledge is essential in this role, so it is a requirement that you have secured a number of your financial planning (R0) qualifications and be striving to complete your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.Experience in a paraplanning role is essential, so we would require you to have worked as a paraplanner for a minimum of 2 years.Teamwork and collaboration are vitally important within this role. If a member of your team is in the midst of a complex report and an urgent piece of work comes in, our paraplanners go above and beyond to help one another out.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVEOur paraplanners are critical to our business and the work they do is hugely valued by our clients.
