Create deep-industry relationships, with desire to understand organisational structures, business cycles, and needs.Work with the marketing campaign manager to identify appropriate marketing channels and to ensure that the correct market segments are reached.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotion strategies.Identify potential sponsors and work with the Commercial Partnerships Manager to agree on the sales plan for your event campaign.Work with speakers, consultants, journalists, and other information providers to source and repurpose materials for content marketing.Build the identity and create buzz around each event with the marketer in the build-up to and during a conference through social media including LinkedIn.Develop and manage budgets for each conference, ensuring financial goals are met.Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution.Manage onsite delivery of the event being sure to gain feedback from all those attending, to help improve positioning, content development and direction of that event as well as any ideas for spin-off/related topics.Skills and ExperienceGraduated/graduating with a 2:1 or above.You will be analytical, commercially minded and dynamic.You will be able to articulate and present complex information in an engaging and simple way.Great communication skills both written and verbal.
